We know our customers have enough complicated situations to deal with so our charging structure is deliberately simple.

We have 2 options to give you the flexibility you need to fit your guest house set up.

Our rates are as follows:

Option 1 -No commission

This is a flat rate fee, charged on a per room basis, regardless of how many bookings you make or the prices you charge.

£80 per room per year. It’s as simple as that.

Option 2 - Pay as you go

With the ‘pay as you go’ option, there are no upfront fees at all. Charges are based on the sales you make, which means: No sale – No charge. We offer a highly competitive rate of 3% of the booking total.
