Pricing you control

We recognise that different hotels have different priorities and therefore differing preferences as to how they might want to pay for this service. We’ve therefore built flexibility into our pricing structure too.

Option 1 - No commission

For those who prefer a fixed charge, we offer a flat annual license fee, payable as you’d expect once a year. That way, every sale you make goes straight to your bottom line.

Option 2 - Pay as you go

With our pay as you go option, you can opt to pay us a percentage of every sale you make, which is often more appealing to start up hoteliers and guest house owners. Our percentage is significantly more attractive than any of our competitors and of course you can switch to a flat fee whenever you’re ready. Simply give us 30 days notice.

Our systems have been designed from the ground up specifically for independent guest house and hotel owners / managers. We know that each and every one of you likes to do some things differently. And we know just how important it is to be able to customise your system to meet your individual business needs. The system offers you the flexibility to represent your hotel and your workflows the way you want them. Most areas can be customised through the administration interface.

In fact, if there is something your hotel needs and you don’t see it, tell us and more often than not we will put it in for you.

With a web-based solution, you can be up and running in a matter of minutes. There’s no complicated install, no extensive ‘system requirements’ and no stress. You don't even need to worry about backing up your data, because we do that for you. What’s more your online booking system is looked after by experts so you don’t have the cost or headache of system maintenance. You simply need to logon and manage your hotel.
